If your original ladder was 84-1/4 inches long, the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP502L would work well for you.
I don't have access to any reference material that would tell me which ladder would have originally been used on your 1999 Four Winds RV.
If you click the provided link, you can see the varying heights of Exterior RV ladders we offer, which range in height from 84-1/2 to 99-1/2 inches in total height.
To determine the correct ladder, measure from the top of the RV down the rear wall until you reach the point where you'd like the ladder to attach. Add 7 inches to that distance, and you'll get the proper height ladder.
