Question:
Is the main difference between the draw-tite and the hidden hitch is the included ball mount, pin and clip? I will be mainly using the hitch for a cargo carrier. Im not sure if Ill use it to tow but who knows. Thanks!

You are correct that the main difference between Draw-Tite and Hidden Hitch is that Hidden Hitch included the recommended drawbar and pin and clip. Draw-Tite and Hidden Hitch's parent company, Cequent, has phased out the Hidden Hitch brand, so for your 2013 Toyota Prius, you will want the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch # 24847
I highly recommend this trailer hitch for you to carry your cargo carrier. The Draw-Tite trailer hitch will not require any drilling or welding for installation. With the Curt Class I trailer hitch for your Prius, you would need to use an additional stabilization strap with a cargo carrier to comply with the warranty, but Draw-Tite does not have this same warranty requirement. I have attached an installation video of this hitch for you.
The Draw-Tite Class I trailer hitch offers a 1-1/4 inch receiver shank. The maximum towing capacity of the hitch is 2,000 pounds with a 200 pound tongue weight. For your cargo carrier, you will want to ensure that the weight of the carrier as well as the cargo doesn't exceed the maximum tongue weight of your Prius.
If you need a cargo carrier, I recommend the 20x48 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4 Inch and 2 Inch Hitches # C18110. This carrier is compatible with Class I hitches and has a rise in the shank to help with ground clearance for your cargo. The wire mesh floor of the carrier allows the elements and road debris to fall through the floor of the carrier instead of being trapped with your cargo. I've attached a review video of this carrier on a Prius for you.
