Hi, I have a fat bike with a 150mm fork with a 9mm QR. Is it possible to use this bike on the Kuat Trio?

As long as the fat tire of your bike is less than 4 inches wide the Kuat Trio part # TR02 would work well for you since it can be used with 15 mm and 9 mm quick release axles like what you have. I attached a review video for this rack for you to check out as well.
I do have another option to consider if your tire is fatter than 4 inches.
The RockyMounts BrassKnuckles Roof Mounted Bike Rack # RKY1201 can be used with Fat tire bikes by adding their Fattie Fat Tire Adapter Kit # RKY1240. This kit includes a larger wheel holder an extra-long wheel straps. This kit works with tires up to 5-inches wide.
