We do not carry the replacement lens for the Peterson clearance light you referenced, but we do have a replacement light assembly that would work for you.
I recommend the Peterson Piranha LED 2-1/2 inch Round Trailer Clearance Light, part # 162A that has the same dimensions as the 100-15a light you have. It measures 2-1/2 inches diameter and is 3/4 inches tall. This has 3-LED diodes and uses about 1/10 of the electrical current a standard light draws.
The grommet and pigtail needed for this light is sold separately and is part # 162-18K.
