Can the 93 Honda Del Sol with stick transmission be dolly towed with rear wheels on the ground? THANKS

The general rule of thumb is that any vehicle with a manual transmission can be either flat towed or on dolly towed. For the final word on that you would want to check the owners manual of the vehicle.
Your vehicle is old enough that I couldn't find an electronic copy online.
