will the KS3891 fit a 2016 tacoma? preferences between KS3891 and dual clip code number 11953?

Both universal towing mirrors you mentioned will fit your 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I would recommend you go with the K-Source part # KS3891 though as it has a higher rating by our customers who have tried it than the # 11953 and because we have found it to be basically the best universal clip on mirror we offer.
