Can I keep the spare tire in it stock location with your class 5 hitch, 1974 chev pickup stepside? Thanks

I have looked at the instructions for the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Receiver hitch, which state that the spare tire carrier will need to be relocated or modified to prevent the spare tire from interfering with the hitch.
