The letter in the tire size refers to the load rating of the tire. For the tire you referenced, the Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire, the tire is a Load Range D tire. This means that the maximum load of the tire is 1,725 pounds at 65 psi.
A Load Range C tire will have a lower capacity than a Load Range D tire.
All of the tires we offer for 185/80-13 size tires have a Load Range D rating.
I have attached some help articles on trailer tires for you.
If you can confirm your tire size and weight of your trailer, I will be happy to recommend a tire for you.
