2016 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited Calibrator for Adjusting Speedometer

Question:

Hi. I was wondering if you could tell me if there is a programmer for the 2016 rubicon. I am putting a 4inch lift kit and 35s on it next week and my concern was the speedometer as well as performance. The installer told me that the computer chip has to be sent off for programming and that I would not be able to buy a programmer for this model Jeep. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes, the Superchips Flashcal F5 Calibrator # SU3571 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2016 Jeep Rubicon Wrangler and would help you change the speedometer for different tire sizes, but it will not give you additional horsepower.

Jeep has really made it difficult to program the PCM's of their 2016 vehicles. There are ways to do it like what the installer told you, but that's all we are aware of at this time.
