To grease stainless steel door hinges I recommend a multi-purpose lithium grease like a 16-ounce tub, part # L11316 of Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease.
Bio-based lithium grease performs better than petroleum-based lubricants thanks to it's higher viscosity (thickness). Thanks to it's formulation (it's made from US-grown crops) you don't have to worry about little ones touching it - it is non-toxic and safe to use all around the trailer and home.
