Can B and W Companion Hitch be Used with a Sidewinder Pin Box

Question:
I have a gooseneck ball bandw in the bed of my 2014 Ram 3500 SRW. I want to purchase the sidewinder by Reese to attach to my camper. Is there any gooseneck hitch adapter that will pair up with the sidewinder?

What you will need to do is lock out the Sidewinder you have on your trailer. You will then need to install two 3/4 inch X 5-1/2 inch grade 5 bolts washers lock washers and nuts in the location at the rear of the turret, see photo. Once these bolts are installed the king pin will rotate in the normal position in the fifth-wheel hitch.
Once the Sidewinder is locked out you can use your Companion hitch. I hope it is a slider hitch so that you will have the clearance needed to make sharp turns like the # BWRVK3400.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F 250 that has the companion single post fifth wheel. I had a sidewinder system on my camper for the previous pickup. Is this still an option to lock out the sidewinder with the two bolts and make it usable with the single post companion hitch?
