When you cut on the left turn signal right turn signal blink dimly

What you are describing is typically caused by an insufficient ground. Check to make sure both of the blinker taillight assemblies are making a solid connection to either a metal portion of the frame or to a ground wire for the trailer.
You can also try running a jumper wire back up to the main ground circuit of the trailer harness as well.
