Question:
We are looking for lunette eye surge brakes trailer overrun brakes with handbrake option. Required quantity would be 56nos-60nos., please work on same and get back to us soon.

Sounds like you are looking for a surge brake actuator with a lunette ring for use with a pintle hitch like the part # T1891100.
For a hand operated parking brake you would want the part # T2385200. This will only work on hydraulic drums that were designed for parking brakes like the part # T2351300.
