Please can you advise the distance between the stud holes? will this wheel/tyre fit every 4 stud hub? regards

The wheel bolt pattern of the Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire # AM30000 that you referenced is a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern. That means that when measuring across the center of the wheel the lugs holes are 4 inches apart.
I attached a picture that shows this dimension.
Not every 4 bolt wheel is going to match up with this, but this is the most common 4 lug bolt pattern so most will.
