Question:
I tow a 24foot V nose enclosed car trailer that weighs 8800 pounds with a hitch weight of 1100 pounds. Please recommend a trunion type wd hitch. Do I need a short arm model?

For V-nose trailer you have to use a set of bolt-on chain hangers. This allows the brackets to install on the frame underneath the V-nose of the trailer without requiring clearance above the frame.
If you went with a Curt system like what you referenced you would want the part # C17005, or if you went with a Reese system you would need part # RP58305.
Since your tongue weight is 1,100 lbs the # C17332 that you referenced would not be the correct system to use since it is for a 1,000 lb max tongue weight.
Instead you would want the Curt system part # C17333 for a trunnion system that has enough capacity. This system has a max tongue weight of 1,500 lbs so your trailer would work well with it.
