We do carry roof racks for your 2016 Acura ILX. I attached a link to a page that has all of them listed for you to check out, but the most popular option that I would recommend for you is the Thule Aeroblade Roof Rack part numbers # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145180. The bars of the rack were designed to be as quiet as possible and give you the best fuel mileage.
For a kayak carrier the Yakima JayLow part number # Y04073 would be a great option as well. This J-style rack can also fold down when not in use.
