What is the Curt Stabilizing Strap for and Where can I Find It

Question:
You note that stabilizing straps are required when using non-trailer accessories. I wanted to use this hitch with a bike rack, like one of the Thule models you carry for 2 bikes. Can you please explain the stabilizing straps and point me to them on your site. A search for stabilizing straps came back with a lot of unrelated hits.

The Curt Strap, part # 18050, attaches to the bike rack then back to the trunk lid or hatch. This is to prevent the loaded bike rack from torquing down and twisting the hitch. I have added a link to the part below.
