Question:
This SUV 235/65R17 requires the thickness less than 12mm + S clearance. Looks like 2016C fits, but I just want to make sure of this because I leased this vehicle.

Expert Reply:
The Glacier cable-style tire chains, # PW2016C, do fit the 235/65R17 tires on your 2014 Kia Sorento and they are Class S rated chains which will fit the requirements you specified. I have linked a video review of these cables for you. If you go with these cables I also recommend adjusters # PW105 to keep then tight and in place.
What I recommend though is a set of actual chains because they are going to provide better traction and last longer than cables. For Class S rated chains that fit your tire size I recommend the Titan chains # TC2319. They don't cost much more than cables and are going to have a longer life and offer better traction. I have linked a video review of these chains as well.
