Toyota recommends using tire chains only on the REAR tires on the 2010 Tundra. This is indicated on page 260 of the online version of the manual but you'll want to check your printed manual to confirm.

Toyota offered the 2010 Tundra with two stock tire sizes, 255/70-18 and 275/65-18. Just use the linked page to select your rear tire size to then see compatible chains. You may care to review the linked article as it will give you good general background on tire chains. The Thule chains that you referenced, part # TH01571265, do not happen to fit either tire size above but we can help you select chains that will fit.

Tire chains vary a lot in how easy they are to install and use. Bargain chains tend to lack convenience features like automatic alignment and tensioning, features that make it much easier to actually use the chains you bought. Chains that are tough to install will tend to stay in the vehicle, where they do you no good. My advice, if you actually do need chains, is to spring for good ones that will not be difficult to use.

If you will be both on- and off-road with the chains I suggest Glacier # PWH2828SC since they have V-bar studs that bite into the ice for superior traction on frozen roads.. If you want the chains with the longest lifespan consider the Pewag All Square # PWE2228SC which can be reversed and used on both sides for maximum life.
