According to pages 271-2 of the online owner's manual for the 2016 Toyota Tacoma only the rear tires can be fitted with snow chains of the appropriate size. Chains should not be placed on the front tires. The manual further states to limit your speed to 30-mph or the rated speed for the chains you select, whichever is lower.
The correct chains for your rear tires can be seen by using the linked page. Click on your rear tire size at the top of the page to see compatible chains. You may also want to review the linked articles for more on snow chains.
Chains that offer advanced features like automatic alignment and tensioning will be much easier to use than basic chains. Tire chains that actually get used will help you in bad conditions. Those that tend to sit in the truck bed (because they are hard to use) will do you no good so I urge you to get the best chains your budget allows. After all, if you really do need chains you're better off with ones that are as easy to use as possible.
