Good news, I can help you figure out if this coupler lock will fit your Bulldog coupler.
As long as your pin diameter on the Bulldog coupler is larger than a 1/4 inch and the span is no bigger than 3-3/8 inches, then this coupler lock will work for you.
I pulled the Bulldog coupler # BD028287 you had looked at from our warehouse and a similar style 2-5/16 inch # BD028499 and measured the size of the lock pin that goes in the coupler. It measured 5/16 inch diameter and a length of 2-3/4 inches. I tried the etrailer.com lock, # e98888, in the coupler and it fit and did keep the collar lock from opening.
I've linked a picture to this page that will show the coupler lock installed on the coupler.
