We do offer a dual hitch receiver adapter you can use for a bike rack and also for the tow bar on your RV. The adapter I recommend is the Roadmaster, part # RM-077-2. This adapter has two 2-inch receivers and has a gross towing weight capacity of 10,000-lbs. The adapter does have a tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs.

You will need to use a bike rack that is designed to be able to be used behind an RV. The rack I recommend is the Swagman Original, part # S64152-2. This is a 3-bike carrier. For security, I recommend the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock And Cable For Swagman Bike Racks, part # S64030.

If you plan on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.

You mentioned you have a Roadmaster hitch. I assume it is the tow bar you plan on towing the Silverado with behind your RV. The base plate kit I recommend for your 2015 Silverado is part # RM-3176-1. These base plates have removable arms that make it look almost invisible when removed.

Since the bike rack is mounted between the RV and the Silverado, you want to use great caution when executing turns. You may have clearance issues and risk damaging the bikes, RV, or truck. The S64152-2 bike rack has a distance of 14 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright bar.

You will need to remove the plow when towing your truck. As far as interference, you can check out the attached instructions for the base plates to make sure the mounting locations are not a problem with your snow plow setup. I have also attached a link to an installation video that shows these base plates being installed on a Silverado. You can see where the base plates are located and be able to tell if they will work with the snow plow.

When flat-towing a vehicle, five items are needed. You will need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, lighting for the towed vehicle, and most states now require supplemental brake systems.
