You can use AirLift helper springs # AL88338 on your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 with the Reese 5th wheel installation kit # RP56001-53 installed. But you will need to follow the alternate instructions on the bottom of page 7 in the linked instructions.

The air bags will work well when towing the 5th wheel trailer or carrying heavy loads in the bed and if you add a remote compressor system it will be easy to dial in the ride quality and support that best fits your needs.

The Wireless air compressor system, # AL72000, is an excellent choice. It allows you to add or remove air from each bag individually. This is ideal for off center loads and if you carry many different shapes and sizes of cargo frequently.

If you do not need to be able to adjust the air pressure in each bag individually then you can use # AL25870 which will allow you to add/remove the same amount of air from both bags at the same time. This is more ideal if you will be carrying the same load and not varying loads.

I have included some helpful links for you showing installations.
