For your 2016 Maserati GranTurismo and 245/35-20 tires I wouldn't use anything but K-Summit chains # TH02230K44. With these chains there is nothing that wraps around the tires. Its all on the tread and outer sidewall. These chains also have rim protection so they won't damage the wheels.
