Can the Firestone 1/4 inch Fitting Fit 1/4 inch Water Line

Question:
I was wondering if this product will work with home water filter line of 1/4inch plastic or if its only good for firestone air line? F3046-1 Thank you for your time and assistance!

The Firestone Connector # F3046-1 has a 1/4 inch NPT fitting so a 1/4 inch plastic line would fit on it. I can't recommend use water line for use with the air bag system though. But it sounds like you are planning on using the fitting for a different purpose.
