I think I have just the mats for you. First, for the front you can use WeatherTech floor liners # WT442511. These are custom contoured to fit your 2016 GMC Acadia. I have linked a video showing how they install.

For the second and third rows, with second row bucket seats, I recommend the all in one mat # WT441114. You will need to move the seats out of the way to install this mat but once it is in place you will have much more coverage than regular floor mats could ever provide! I have linked a video showing this mat being installed as well.

Now that you have the front, second, and third rows covered its time to consider the cargo area. For a mat that fits from behind the 3rd row back in the cargo area use # WT40411.

And to clean and protect all of these mats you can use # WT8LTC36K.
