Question:

The tow hooks are bolted to the frame using the locations that the hitch will use. We have an installation video of a similar hitch, from Hidden Hitch, being installed on a 2006 PT Cruiser. It is a similar installation, there is a portion about drilling that would not apply to the Curt model.
The installer points out the tow hooks and shows how to remove them. He also shows how to lower the exhaust. Make sure to follow the Curt instructions for the C11132 hitch, but you can watch the video to get a rough idea of what you will have to do.
There are no nuts included as Chrysler welded nuts inside the frame for hitch installation.
The exhaust is easy to lower. It is just a matter of popping the exhaust out of rubber hangers and putting it back once the install is complete.
