does this product mount on a Bear boat trailer where the existing jack is installed with a snap ring?

The Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack will not install in the same location with the snap ring.

For a jack like the Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack, 8" Single Wheel, Sidewind, Bolt-On - 1,600 lbs # F1413040134, if you wanted to install it in the same location as the existing jack, you will need to remove the existing bracket and mounting hardware on the trailer.

To replace your existing jack with a Fulton jack that will work with the snap ring, you could use the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind # FTJ12000101.
