Will the HangOut 2 fit on my 2004 cadillac CTS with a factory installed spoiler on it?

According to the Yakima Fit Guide, the HangOut 2, part # Y02637, will fit your 2004 Cadillac CTS with a factory spoiler.
If the spoiler is aftermarket or dealer installed, it may not fit.
