The door panels on your 1991 Toyota Pickup do not have to be removed when replacing the side mirrors with mirrors like part # CM17194.
There is a triangular plastic cover that hides the mounting nuts on the mirror. It is located on the inside of the door. You can remove the cover with your fingers. Then roll the window down and hold the mirror while removing the 3 bolts holding the mirror in place.
Just reverse these steps and you can have new mirrors in place in no time.
