How to Mount Older Thule Roof-Mount Bike Carrier to Elliptical Bars on 2010 Lexus X350

Question:

The set up I have allows me to mount it to square or round bars. Is there a undermount bracket I can get that would allow me to mount it to aero/elliptical bars? My bars are factory Lexus bars for my 2010 RX350. The racks were from a friend. They are old but still work well and I would like to bring them back to life. I am not sure if it is a Prologue. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for the photo of the fork-mount on your older Thule roof-mount bike carrier. I checked with my contact at Thule and they no longer offer an adapter kit to allow your older roof-mount carrier intended for round or square bars to fit on the OEM aero-style bars on your 2010 Lexus RX 350.

The good news is that we do offer roof-mount carriers made specifically to fit factory crossbars.
