The Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, item # 75091, is designed to fit the 1996 - 2002 Toyota 4Runner All Models, and is not the correct hitch for the 2003 Toyota Tacoma.
There are several models available for the 2003 Toyota Tacoma (see link). I would recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch, item # 13013, for your vehicle because of the easy, no drill, installation.
Some items you may need with the Class III hitch are listed below.
