Can I tow My 2005 PT. Cruiser Automatic with this Dolly with my 2015 Class C Motor Home

Your 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser would be front wheel drive so you could install it on a tow dolly like the part # RM-2050-1 and it would work just fine.
