Question:
Got a trailer, aprox 2,500 dry. Have a 2001 xterra 5 speed manual. Everything is factory original. What do you recommend to improve the suspension for towing the trailer?

Helpful Expert Reply:
If your 2001 Nissan Xterra is a 4-wheel drive model with standard ride height then I recommend Timbren springs # TNRXT4. These springs will not affect the unloaded ride quality, work independently side to side, and require no maintenance.
For a 2-wheel drive model with standard height you can use the SuperSprings # SSA1. These springs work independently side to side and require no maintenance as well.
