We have towing mirror options for your truck, but the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11400 are not confirmed to fit the 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. The # CM11400 are designed to work on 2009 model year and newer Dodge Ram and Ram trucks.
The comparable tow mirrors for the 2004 Ram 3500 are # CM10700. Another option is to use universal fit towing mirrors, like # 11953. I have attached a link to all of our universal fit towing mirrors for you as well as confirmed fits for your Ram 3500.
