I have a 2015 polaris sportsman 850 and want to put a winch on it. What all do I need. Polaris says it is prewired. looking for a 2500.

For a winch mount for your 2015 Polaris 850 Sportsman you would want the part # BDW15151.
With that installed you would be able to install and use the Superwinch part # SW1125220 that you referenced. I attached an install video for you to check out as well. The ATV in the video is different from yours, but it is similar enough for you to get the overall idea of what the install would be like
