Of the two which one would be better to use on a 2014 Toyota 4Runner?

If it were me I would use the pair of K Source towing mirrors # KS3990 because they offer greater visibility since they have dual lenses. I have linked a video review of these mirrors for you. These mirrors as well as mirror # KS3891 fit on mirrors that have a gap between the factory mirror glass and housing.
Provided that your 4Runner mirrors match that description the universal towing mirrors will work well for you.
