can you recommend a winch tower that will fit a 3inch trailer frame?

I went out to the warehouse to measure the Dutton-Lainson Angle Mounting Plate, # DL24059. The internal width of the U-bolt is 3-1/6 inches. The length is 5 inches. As long as the post is 3 inches wide by 4 inches deep, it will fit.
