Question:

In your Q and A section that is along side of this text box for part #twsp45hfta one of the questioned asked is What is weight capacity of this folding table in the upright positioninch The question is answered by your Adam R. who states the weight capacity of the table is 100 lbs.. BUT..... when I go to your website and read the description, it states in 2 different places that the weight capacity of the table is 250 lbs. That is a huge difference. Can you please confirm what the true and accurate weight capacity is. I suspect is it a direct relation to how strong the wall is and the fasteners you are using to attach the wall brackets. For this question please assume I am using the fasteners that come with the unit and I am attaching to a 1/2inch plywood wall as show in your video. Thank You.

The actual weight capacity of the Tow-Rax Wall Mounted Folding Table # TWSP45HFTA is indeed 100-lbs maximum.

If you install the table on 1/2-inch plywood with the mounting screws going into wall studs you should be able to realize the table's full 100-lb capacity. You are correct that how/where you mount the table will affect capacity to an extent but in no circumstances will any installation offer more than 100-lbs total weight bearing capability.
