The Tow-Rax Wall Mounted Aluminum Folding Table # TWSP45HFTA does not lock in the folded position. I confirmed this with my contact at Tow-Rax. It does lock in the up position. If you want to have the folded table top secure during travel we offer rubber bungee cords like the 30-inch # EM06736.
