looking for a super bright led stop light, size 9-3/4inch length, and 1-1/4inch height - surface mount...?

The closest thing we have to what you said you are looking for is the part # STL76RB. This is an LED light that can work well as a stop light that is 13-1/4 inches long and 2 inches wide.
