Question:
Have 1975 apache camper with 4 lug 2 1/4 center to center bolts need new wheels and tires they are 20 1/2× 18× 10 do you have model # for new ones

You will need to verify your bolt pattern even though it is very likely you have a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern like what the # AM3h330 that you referenced has. You will want to measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the one across from it. I attached a help article on how this is determined.
The size you mentioned having is the same as the 205/65-10 that the # AM3H330 has as well so this wheel/tire should work for you as long as the bolt pattern matches.
