Yes, the Command Electronics Dual LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail, Backup - Red and Clear Lens # CE86FR, is a Stop, Tail, Turn Light. It also has the Backup light so it is a 4-wires.
Black wire - tail light
White wire - ground
Red wire - stop and turn
Purple wire - reverse
