Can I install two sets of J style kayak carriers on 53inch Thule AeroBlade in order to carry two kayaks?

Yes, two of the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier part # TH849000 would easily fit on a set of 53 inch long Thule Aeroblade bars # TH711420.
Be sure not to exceed the weight capacity for the roof of your vehicle/roof rack as well.
