Tonneau Cover and Truck Bike Rack Options for 2008 Chevrolet Silverado

Question:

I have 2008 Silverado with a 6 1/2 bed and cargo management. I would like to get a tonneau and a bed rail type bike rack. I pull an RV and the back bumper of the RV will not support a bike rack. Thanks
