The Yakima RidgeBack bike carrier # Y02458 has a locking feature to secure the carrier in the hitch. The built-in anti-rattle knob can be locked and when it is you cannot pull the carrier out of the receiver.
There is a cable lock to lock the bikes to the carrier which is sold separately. It is # Y02466. I have linked a video review of the bike carrier for you.
