Hi Will the Thule OutWay 3 bikes fit on a BMW X4, please? I know the user guide does not list the X4, but that's a bit strange to me since it does list the X6, which has a very similar trunk to the X4. Many thanks

I do have a solution for you but Thule still does not list the 2015 BMW X4 as compatible with any of their trunk mount bike carriers. I spoke with my Thule contact and he said that so far none of the models fit the X4. For a trunk mount carrier that will fit you can use the Saris Bones # SA801BL.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance.
