Question:

I have 2 Trek Navigator 200 bikes. Cadillac SRX and considering the Thule Outway. Wondering about the space between the 2 bike rack. The pictures make it seem pretty tight. What is the space between the 2 bikes?

The distance from the bike center of the cradle to the center of the cradle on the older version of this rack, Thule Raceway PRO 2-Bike Trunk Mounted Rack, # TH9001PRO, is measured 6-1/2 inches. I have left a picture of this older model for you.

The cradle system has changed on the latest model, the Thule OutWay 2-bike rack # TH45JV so the distance is not as precise. However, if you watch the video, you will see at the 4:37 mark that this model comes with a spacer that attaches to each of the bike frames to keep them a set distance apart when you carry two bikes. ( I included the link below.)

If you would like some additional space between your Trek Navigator bikes, take a look at the 3-Bike version, # TH56BV, for your 2014 Cadillac SRX. This would give you twice the amount of room between the bikes when one is mounted in the first position and the other in the third position. I also included a video for this rack.
