Question:
Reference the XTC4 rack, will a girls toddlers 16 bike fit this rack?? I am concerned with the hoop being to long, thus letting the tire and wheel hang with the only anchor point being the axle shaft resting on the hoop itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The XTC4 Extreme Cruiser 4-Bike Cross Country Rack for 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receivers, item # S64665, has wheel loops that are 15 inches long and 2-1/2 inches wide so a 16 inch wheel and tire combination is going to be very close. if you measure the diameter of the tire and it is over 16 inches I would say that the rack will work but if it is less than 16 inches the wheel loop would be too large to support the tire.
A better option for carrying 4 bikes might be the Swagman XP Folding 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch Trailer Hitches, item # S64960. This rack holds the bikes by the frame and the frame cradles can be rotated to secure many different styles of bike frames. If your toddlers bike will not work with the cradle the Swagman Easy-Out Women and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter for Hitch Bike Racks, item # 64005, can be attached between the seat post and the handle bars to provide a level attachment point.
