Does the Curt Hitch 13112 Require Factory Hitch for Installation

Question:
You guys might of already answered this but I just wanna make sure, does this hitch replace the factory one? I dont want both hitches on my vehicle and much rather put the 2inch hitch on instead

The hitch part # 13112 that you referenced will sit underneath your factory hitch. This hitch requires your factory hitch to be present in order for it to install.
